Report Quality Issue - Could not open app. Try again later.

Hi Folks,

We implemented Report Quality Issue app, when am trying to access from the Launchpad am getting "Error: Could not open app. Try again later."

One of our Folk got same issue but it is for different application, kindly check the link Could not start the app due to a configuration ... | SCN

As per the thread i have changed the Logon Procedure from "Standard" to "Alternative Logon Procedure" in SICF but no use. Am getting same error.

I have assigned required roles in both systems(Front-End & Back-End). My gateway system SP level is SP10.
